Finally got to try these amazing smoothie bowls from The Juice Truck! These were so delicious and packed with nutrition! I went with my friend Montana and we both couldn’t decide which one we liked better. Both were good for different reasons!
The Pitaya (dragon fruit) bowl (on the top left) had this yummy house made crumble on top that gave it a delightful crunchy texture. It also comes with pineapple, strawberry, banana, lemon zest and coconut water. It’s topped with a bunch of the following superfoods: chia seeds, hemp hearts and coconut flakes!
The Acai bowl (on the bottom right) was super refreshing, especially since we had just finished sun tanning at the beach! It was topped with house made pineapple chia jam, strawberries, pears and bee pollen! It was my first time trying bee pollen and I loved it!
I definitely recommend this place, and I can’t wait to try their other products! They have this lavender bowl, juice cleanse, and so many smoothies that sound so delicious! I don’t usually have so much enthusiasm for a place haha but @juicetruck has impressed me and they’re especially great for you if you love raw, gluten free and unpasteurized products!
Did you know? ?
Bee pollen is approximately 40% protein. It contains nearly all nutrients required by humans. About half of its protein is in the form of free amino acids that are ready to be used directly by the body.
