Chia seed pudding


Chia seed pudding is one of my new favourites! It is so easy to make and surprisingly tasty! You can add different ingredients to create your own flavours. 


  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • ½ cup Chia Seeds
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup (or less) maple syrup (or sub any sweetener)
  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Topping: Chopped almonds

Mix all ingredients together and place in a mason jar for at least 4 hours or overnight. Try adding ingredients such as cocoa powder, strawberries, matcha, coffee, peanut butter, etc to satisfy your craving!
