Five Ingredient Energy Bars



  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips


  1. Blend all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a food processor.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips
  3. Place on a pan lined with parchment or wax paper. Shape into a rectangle and place more parchment paper on top to flatten it out. Chill in the fridge and cut into squares.
