I know it’s not in a bowl…so it doesn’t look like a smoothie bowl, but I like eating out of mason jars lol. It has a thicker consistency than a smoothie, so I would eat it using a spoon :). Pitaya is also known as dragon fruit, its one of my favourite fruit because it looks so interesting and it love the colour! In this smoothie bowl I blended blueberries, kiwi, pitaya, water and a few tablespoons of @tryabouttime vanilla protein powder
