Protein Fudge Bites

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein
  • 12 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp truvia
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 vegan dark chocolate chips
Directions:
  1. Rinse and drain chickpeas
  2. Blend chickpeas into food processor until most of it is mashed
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until completely combined
  4. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and enjoy!
Notes:
Makes about 48 servings
About 30 calories per serving
Keep refridgerated
